Orders approved and paid before 10:00am AEST on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders approved after 10:00am are dispatched the next business day.
We use Australia Post Express and StarTrack courier services. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
Tracking information is emailed to you at time of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the order has left our facility.
We do not dispatch on Victorian public holidays. Orders placed on public holidays will be dispatched on the next available business day.
